AppleGiftStore sells digital App Store & iTunes gift codes as an independent reseller. By placing an order you confirm that you understand: (1) payment is made in cryptocurrency via Heleket; (2) the code is issued only after Heleket confirms the payment; (3) a code is valid only in the stated App Store region and is not cash or a bank transfer; (4) you are responsible for entering the code correctly in the matching Apple ID region. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc.
We process the email address, order identifiers, selected products, amounts, locale preferences, and referral codes required to fulfill the order and operate the partner program. Card payment data is not collected by us — crypto payments are processed by Heleket under their own policies. Cookies store language, country, currency, and referral for convenience. Data is kept as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. To request deletion or correction, email support.
Digital codes are non-returnable once delivered and viewed, except when a code is defective or already redeemed before delivery. Contact support with the order id within 48 hours. After verification we may replace the code or credit an equivalent amount to your account balance for future purchases on this site. Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered working codes are not accepted. Incomplete or abandoned invoices are handled by Heleket according to their rules.
Codes are delivered digitally on the order page and, when SMTP is configured, by email. Typical delivery is automatic after payment confirmation. If issuance is delayed, keep the order link and contact support with the order id. You must save the code immediately after delivery.
Customer support: support@applegiftstore.com. Average response time is within one business day. Include your order id for any payment or code issue.
